I am Christine Schmidt, a seasoned Client Associate with over 12 years in the financial services industry. I kicked off my career as a teller at Wells Fargo & Company and have steadily progressed to my current role at TrueJourney. My main objective, making sure every client I engage with feels not just attended to but genuinely cared for. I thrive on building relationships and pride myself on providing a welcoming environment where clients feel heard and their needs are met promptly.
Whether it's responding to inquiries, offering guidance, or ensuring meticulous completion of crucial documentation, I'm all about efficiency and excellence. Trust is paramount to me, and I work hard to demonstrate that clients can rely on me to care deeply about what matters to them.
It's all about balance and creating meaningful connections, both professionally and personally. Outside the office, you'll find me soaking up precious moments with my two daughters, Isabelle and Scarlett. We're an outdoorsy bunch, embracing snowshoeing in winter and camping, kayaking, biking, and softball in the warmer months.
